Freelance Marketplace Accounts Manager (Fiverr Specialist)

About the Role:

We are hiring a Fiverr Profile Expert, Lead Generation Specialist & Project Manager – Team Leader to take the lead in growing our freelancing business. The ideal candidate will manage multiple Fiverr accounts , hunt clients, close deals, oversee projects, and coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery and business growth.

Your Focus Will Be On:

• Managing and optimizing multiple Fiverr accounts
• Maximum client hunting & deal closing
• Project planning, execution & delivery
• Business growth & revenue generation
• Leadership, team coordination & progress tracking

Key Responsibilities:

Fiverr Profile & Gig Management

• Manage multiple company Fiverr accounts professionally.
• Optimize Fiverr gigs with proper keywords, titles, descriptions, and competitor analysis.
• Respond to client messages, maintain strong response rates, and ensure positive ratings.

Client Hunting & Lead Generation

• Actively hunt for clients on Fiverr, Upwork, and social media platforms.
• Handle inquiries, close deals, and ensure successful onboarding of projects.

Project Management & Team Collaboration

• Create project timelines, assign tasks, and track progress.
• Coordinate with developers and designers to execute and deliver projects on time.
• Oversee project workflow and ensure quality standards are met.

Reporting & Record-Keeping

• Maintain detailed records in Microsoft Excel/Sheets for orders, leads, and follow-ups.
• Document account activities, project milestones, and client interactions.

Business Growth Focus

• Explore new creative ways to bring in clients and generate revenue.
• Identify profitable niches and scale lead generation tactics.

Minimum Performance Requirement:

• Minimum 10 orders per month from Fiverr or other freelancing platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills with leadership ability.
• Proven experience in managing multiple Fiverr accounts .
• Basic understanding of WordPress development/design .
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles .
• Familiarity with freelancing processes & client communication.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Office Timings & Compensation:

• Shift-Based Timings (assigned by management).
• Base Salary: PKR 30,000+/month.
• Bonus & Commission: 3% – 5% on confirmed orders (performance-based).
