Freelance Microsoft Excel Instructor (Online – Zoom)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and engaging Microsoft Excel Instructor to deliver a 12- 16 hour online training program via Zoom. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience training adult learners in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive Microsoft Excel training course online through Zoom.
• Prepare and present professional training materials and practical exercises.
• Guide participants through hands-on Excel applications and real-world examples.
• Answer participant questions and provide learning support throughout the program.
• Ensure a highly interactive and engaging learning experience.

Course Topics

The instructor should be capable of covering beginner to intermediate Excel topics, including:

• Excel Interface and Navigation
• Workbook and Worksheet Management
• Data Entry and Formatting
• Formulas and Functions
• Sorting and Filtering Data
• Tables and Data Validation
• Charts and Data Visualization
• Conditional Formatting
• Basic Data Analysis
• Productivity Tips and Best Practices

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Excel training programs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365 preferred).
• Previous teaching, coaching, or corporate training experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct interactive online sessions via Zoom.
• Professional fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Relevant certifications or qualifications are preferred.

Compensation

• Fee: From AED 900 to 1,500 for Experience people
• Training Delivery: 12 to 16 Hours Total
• Mode of Delivery: Online via Zoom
