Freelance Notary Transcriptionist


PENNSYLVANIA FREELANCE NOTARY TRANSCRIPTIONISTS WANTED
PA Court Reporters and affiliated legal support services are currently seeking Pennsylvania-based Freelance Notary Transcriptionists for ongoing remote and hybrid legal transcription assignments.
We are building a network of dependable professionals for work involving:
• Depositions
• EUOs (Examinations Under Oath)
• Statements
• Hearings
• Recorded legal proceedings
• Insurance and investigative matters

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must reside in Pennsylvania
• Current Pennsylvania Notary Commission preferred
• Legal, court reporting, EMS, insurance, or transcription background strongly preferred
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and formatting skills
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Familiarity with Zoom, Word, PDF, MAXScribe and audio playback software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

FREELANCE / INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION
This is not an employee position. This is a 1099 freelance position. Work is assigned on an as-needed basis depending on workload and availability.

IDEAL CANDIDATES: We are especially interested in organized professionals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently. Prior experience in notary work, legal support services, court reporting, EMS documentation, or administrative transcription is a major advantage.
