Freelance Opportunity Zoho Books Accounting Setup & VAT & Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a freelancer with solid experience in Zoho Books to support our accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be able to set up Zoho Books from scratch, enter financial data accurately, and ensure the system is ready for day-to-day operations and reporting.

Scope of Work

  • Set up company profile and accounting settings in Zoho Books
  • Configure chart of accounts, tax settings (VAT), bank accounts, and user access
  • Enter historical data (invoices, bills, expenses, payments, etc.)
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Customize invoice templates and recurring billing
  • Generate key reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Provide brief handover documentation or walkthrough on how to use the system

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Zoho Books (please provide references or portfolio)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT (preferred)
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • ZOHO: 3 years (Required)
  • VAT: 3 years (Required)
  • Ledgers : 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • ACCA - CMA - CPA - Charted Accountant (Preferred)
