Position: Document Controller Trainer (Part-time)

We are looking for an experienced and patient Document Controller Trainer with Aconex software experience who can train students and professionals in a simple, practical, and easy-to-understand manner. The trainer will help learners understand real-world document control processes used in construction and engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Train students on Document Control concepts and best practices
• Provide hands-on training on Aconex software
• Explain document workflows, transmittals, submittals, and reports
• Prepare training materials, exercises, and practical examples
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Make sessions interactive and industry-focused

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Document Controller
• Strong working knowledge of Aconex software
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and simply
• Ability to train students with different experience levels
• Training or teaching experience is an advantage
