Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced SAP Ariba Trainer to join our training institute on a part-time freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Ariba modules and procurement processes, along with the ability to prepare learners to confidently apply Ariba functionalities in real-world business environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality SAP Ariba training sessions (online or in-person).
• Teach the full SAP Ariba curriculum, including:
• Ariba Procurement
• Ariba Sourcing
• Supplier Management
• Contract Management
• Ariba Catalogs & Guided Buying
• Integration with SAP ERP (MM/SRM)
• Provide hands-on training with practical examples and real-time scenarios.
• Guide learners through exercises, workflows, and project-based case studies.
• Offer regular doubt-clearing sessions and continuous learner support.
• Assess participant progress and ensure strong learning outcomes.
• Maintain an engaging, professional, and interactive training environment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, Contracts, or Supplier Lifecycle Management).
• SAP Ariba certification preferred.
• Previous experience as a trainer or instructor is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours (evenings or weekends).
• Based in the UAE preferred.
