Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced SAP FICO Trainer to join our training institute on a part-time freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP FICO modules and finance/accounting processes, with the ability to train learners to confidently apply SAP FICO functionalities in real-world business scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality SAP FICO training sessions (online or in-person).
• Teach the complete SAP FICO curriculum, including:
• Financial Accounting (FI) – General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting
• Controlling (CO) – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis
• Integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.)
• Provide hands-on training with practical examples and real-time business scenarios.
• Guide learners through exercises, configurations, and project-based case studies.
• Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide continuous learner support.
• Assess participant progress and ensure strong learning outcomes.
• Maintain an engaging, professional, and interactive training environment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules.
• SAP FICO certification preferred.
• Prior experience as a trainer or corporate instructor is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours (evenings or weekends).
• UAE-based candidates preferred.
