ob Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid performance campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels
- Drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
- Create, test, and optimize ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and CTAs
- Monitor daily performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI
- Implement A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using pixels, GTM, and analytics tools
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights
- Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to ensure campaign success
- Identify scaling opportunities and continuously optimize campaign performance
- Stay updated on platform policies, algorithm changes, and performance marketing trends
