ob Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid performance campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels
  • Drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies
  • Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
  • Create, test, and optimize ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and CTAs
  • Monitor daily performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI
  • Implement A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using pixels, GTM, and analytics tools
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights
  • Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to ensure campaign success
  • Identify scaling opportunities and continuously optimize campaign performance
  • Stay updated on platform policies, algorithm changes, and performance marketing trends
