Freelance Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads | Hospitality | Dubai-Based)

We’re looking for a Dubai-based freelancer with solid experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for hospitality venues.
The role focuses purely on ads, targeting, optimization, and reporting, our in-house team handles all content and visuals.

Requirements:

• Based in Dubai (non-negotiable)
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads for hospitality or F&B venues in the UAE (non-negotiable)
• Proven record of generating qualified leads, inquiries, or bookings
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and retargeting
• Experience with Google Ads setup and optimization
• Reliable, analytical, and results-driven

Responsibilities:

• Plan, run, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns end to end
• Manage targeting, budgets, and daily optimization
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking and retargeting
• Provide weekly reports with key metrics and recommendations

Terms & Compensation:

• Freelance ( monthly retainer)
• Must be available for a weekly update call or in-person meeting in Dubai
• Compensation: Depending on qualifications and performance, with incentives based on target achievements
