Junior Content Creator / Videographer (Freelance | Startup Brand Opportunity)

XPLORER is an early-stage premium outdoor / lifestyle brand building toward something much bigger.

We’re looking for a creative, hungry freelance content creator / videographer in the Dallas / DFW area who wants to help build something from the ground up — not someone looking for a standard plug-and-play client gig.

This is ideal for someone with strong creative ambition, a cinematic eye, and real interest in growing alongside a brand long-term.

What we’re creating:

• Cinematic 15–30 sec short-form ads
• Premium lifestyle product photography
• Urban + outdoor storytelling content
• Instagram / TikTok / paid ad creatives
• Product-focused brand visuals

Think:
movement, atmosphere, premium storytelling — not generic product ads.

What we need:

Someone who can confidently help with:

• Photography
• Videography
• Clean shot composition
• Color grading
• Photo editing
• Video editing / post-production
• Bringing shot concepts to life

Bonus if experienced with:

• DaVinci Resolve
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Lightroom / Photoshop

Gear:

Camera setup is already provided:
Sony A7 IV + Sigma 24–70mm f/2.8

You do NOT need to own a full production setup.

Important:

XPLORER is still early-stage.

This means we are not operating with big agency/client budgets right now.

What we ARE looking for is someone who sees long-term potential — someone hungry, creative, and excited by helping build a premium brand from the ground up.

As the brand scales, compensation and opportunities can scale with it.

Shoot details:

• Dallas / DFW
• project-based freelance
• flexible scheduling
• short shoots (few hours typically)
• some shoot days may involve multiple locations
