- Analyze the founder's current workflows and habits to identify areas for improvement from a psychological perspective (e.g., identifying patterns of distraction, energy dips, decision fatigue).
- Support the evaluation of different productivity tools and methodologies.
- Strategy Development Support:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the founder's focus, reduce distractions, and optimize their daily routines based on psychological principles.
- Help design systems for task prioritization, information management, and communication flow.
- Contribute to creating sustainable habits for improved well-being and preventing burnout.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Document observations, research findings, and recommended strategies clearly and concisely.
- Help track key metrics related to productivity and time utilization (e.g., time spent on high-leverage vs. low-leverage tasks).
- Prepare summaries and presentations for internal discussions.
- Operational Support (as needed):
- Assist the Founder's Productivity & Focus Specialist (if applicable) with day-to-day administrative tasks related to schedule management, meeting preparation, and communication filtering, ensuring a practical understanding of the challenges.
- Learning & Development:
- Actively participate in discussions, seek feedback, and continuously learn about the intersection of psychology and business efficiency.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and psychological awareness within the team.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or a related field.
- Strong academic record and a genuine interest in applying psychological principles to real-world business challenges.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite) and an openness to learning new productivity tools.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
What We Offer:
- A unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience applying psychological theory in a practical, high-impact business context.
- Direct exposure to startup operations and the challenges faced by a founder.
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.
- A collaborative and supportive work environment.
- The chance to make a tangible difference in the efficiency and well-being of our leadership.
