About List Vantage

List Vantage started with a simple vision: to provide premium, high-quality media for every listing - regardless of price point. Based in East Polk County, FL, we've grown into a full-service real estate media company delivering HDR photography, cinematic video, aerial footage, 3D virtual tours, and virtual staging. In 2025 alone, we completed just under 700 shoots - and we're expanding into the Orlando market. To support that growth, we're looking for a reliable creative based in the middle of our service area who wants consistent work and the opportunity to grow with a fast-moving team.

This is a part-time, on-the-road position (10–30 hours/week depending on season and your availability). You'll be out in the field capturing real estate photos, aerial footage, 3D virtual tours, and cinematic video across the Orlando metro area. No two days are the same — and the more you work, the more you earn.

What You'll Do

- Travel to residential properties throughout the Orlando metro area to capture professional interior and exterior photography

- Produce cinematic video walkthroughs and aerial footage for listings

- Set up and operate 360 cameras to deliver immersive 3D virtual tours

- Upload final media to our platform - no editing required

What We're Looking For

We'll train the right person on our workflow. What we care about most is that you're reliable, communicative, and eager to grow.

- Located in or near the Central Orlando / Osceola County area - ideal positioning for our service territory

- Experience with professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras (Sony preferred)

- FAA Part 107 certification - or willingness to obtain it (we cover training and reimburse your exam fee upon passing!)

- Experience with 360 camera systems for 3D virtual tours

- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently on location. (Secret word: fjord - include this word in your application to show you read the full posting.)

- Prior real estate photography experience is a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person

Compensation and Perks

- Commission-based pay - top producers on our team average $30-$40/hour, including drive time between appointments

- Sony camera equipment available to rent directly through us
