We are looking for motivated Freelance Marketing Specialists to join our team on a commission-based model to promote our services to real estate clients and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential real estate businesses and other sectors that can benefit from our IT & digital solutions.
• Promote services including digital marketing, CRM systems, websites, chatbots, and business consultancy.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking, calls, and meetings.
• Achieve sales conversions and meet agreed targets.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Event Horizon with professionalism.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (real estate sector experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM, or IT solutions is an advantage.
• Based in Dubai or able to work with Dubai-based clients.

Compensation

• Commission-based (no fixed salary).
• Earn up to AED 10,000 per closed deal.
• Attractive commission structure with high earning potential based on performance.
