Responsibilities

• Film engaging and professional real estate videos on location, capturing both interior and exterior shots that emphasize property appeal
• Operate professional filming equipment, including cameras, stabilizers, drones and audio equipment for agent walkthrough videos
• Collaborate with Hawk Visuals team and real estate agents to understand their vision and specific property highlights
• Maintain organized files of footage
• Work with outsourced editing team for photos and videos

Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography and photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate or similar video projects
• Ability to operate professional filming equipment and accessories effectively
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, camera angles, and storytelling principles in videography
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently while adhering to deadlines
