Freelance Recruiter

Are you a driven recruiter based in Pakistan with experience in the US job market? We're looking for self-motivated freelance recruiting partners to work with us on an ongoing basis — with zero cap on your earnings.

Per placement - PKR 3,00,000

Commission paid after - 90-day mark

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Source and screen candidates for US-based job roles across various industries
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions
• Submit qualified profiles and manage client communication
• Ensure candidate retention through the 90-day guarantee period

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition (US market Required)
• Strong English communication — written and verbal
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
• Self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

This is a pure commission-based role. You earn PKR 3 Lakh per successful placement. Commission is released on the 90th day from the candidate's start date, provided they remain in the role. No cap — the more you place, the more you earn.
