About the Role

We are seeking a Freelance Recruitment Team Leader to manage, guide, and motivate a team of freelance recruiters and sourcers.

This role is fully remote and commission-based, ideal for experienced recruiters or team leaders who enjoy flexible work, performance-based rewards, and the opportunity to lead a high-performing team within Egypt’s fastest-growing hiring platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and motivate your recruitment team provided by QuickfirmX.
• Monitor daily and weekly performance and ensure targets are met.
• Support your team in sourcing and referring qualified call center candidates.
• Maintain communication with QuickfirmX recruitment management.
• Share feedback, challenges, and success stories to continuously improve results.
• Ensure high-quality referrals and maintain accurate candidate tracking.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment (preferably call center hiring).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate remote freelancers.
• Access to a smartphone or laptop with internet connection.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and organized.
• Basic reporting or Excel/Google Sheet skills are a plus.

Working Conditions

• Freelance role (no fixed salary).
• Work remotely from anywhere in Egypt.
• Flexible schedule: minimum 3 hours/day, 5 days/week.

• You earn a commission override of 15% on every successful hire made by your team.
• Example:
• Your recruiter earns a commission for an English-speaking hire → you earn 15% override as a team-lead bonus.

• No earning limit — the more your team hires, the higher your income.

Training & Support

• Performance reviews and monthly reports will help you grow and manage your team effectively.
