- Position: Freelance Sales Professional (Work from Home/Field, Flexible Hours)

- Role:
- Lead generation via calls, events, and online channels
- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations for clients, architects, and designers
- Closing sales and negotiating contracts
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Providing regular sales activity reports
- Compensation:
- Attractive commission: Average industry commission is 3%-5% of deal value; for a ₹600,000–₹700,000 ticket size, commissions can be significant
- Performance-based and milestone bonuses (optional)
- Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales (preferably in building materials, electronics, or real estate)
- Independent and self-driven style; familiarity with local markets
- Basic understanding of home automation is a plus
