Role Overview
You will be responsible for generating leads, securing meetings with decision-makers (HR, L&D, Managing Directors, CEOs), and converting opportunities into signed client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients across target industries
- Generate qualified leads and book strategic meetings
- Present consultancy services confidently and professionally
- Convert leads into confirmed projects
- Maintain a healthy and consistent sales pipeline
- Provide weekly updates on outreach and progress
Ideal Profile
- Based in Dubai
- Strong network within corporate UAE market
- Proven experience in B2B sales, consultancy sales, or business development
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
