PAN India Freelance Sales Manager- Incentive/Profit Sharing basis

We are looking for a sales manager in India to help grow our business in recruitment consultancy industry. The role is incentive/profit sharing based only.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in sales management
- A deep understanding of the Indian market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing sales strategies
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
