We’re expanding our presence in the U.S. market and seeking a motivated Freelance Sales Representative based in Brooklyn to help us connect with new customers, build lasting partnerships, and drive measurable revenue results.

This is an independent, commission-based role ideal for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, networking, and creative outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with prospective clients through personalized outreach, digital channels, and professional networking.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers to promote OneMiners’ hosting and digital solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement targeted sales approaches that align with market opportunities in New York and beyond.
  • Digital Outreach: Leverage social media (LinkedIn, X, etc.) and CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and optimize the sales pipeline.
  • Market Awareness: Research customer needs and industry trends to refine outreach and strengthen OneMiners’ market positioning.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with OneMiners’ leadership and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and shared success metrics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills — able to engage clients and close deals independently.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital outreach tools.
  • Proficiency with social media sales strategies (LinkedIn outreach, digital lead generation).
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented — you manage your own time and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Must be based in the Brooklyn / NYC area with the ability to meet clients locally when needed.
