Freelance Seamstress for Womans Clothing

We're a premium competition bikini brand making hand-finished, fully crystalled suits for bodybuilding and fitness competitors. Every suit is made to order — molded cups, 4-way stretch lycra with a nude power-mesh lining, and 2,500–3,000 hand-applied Preciosa MAXIMA crystals — built to a stage-ready standard that rivals the leading US and UK brands.

We're looking for a skilled freelance maker to produce suits on a per-suit basis. This is flexible, made-to-order work — ideal as a side income for someone who can fit a few suits a month around their own schedule, with steady repeat work as we grow.

Responsibilities

- Cut and sew stretch swimwear (lycra/spandex with power-mesh lining, molded cups, adjustable under-bust strap, front and back hook closures)
- Hand-apply crystals to a flawless ¬Ω-coverage finish using E6000 / Gem-Tac (non-hotfix), mixing SS16, SS20 and SS30 sizes
- Finish, quality-check and prep each suit for premium packaging and dispatch
- Work to deadlines tied to competitors' show dates

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with stretch / swimwear construction (confident on an overlocker; coverstitch a plus)
- Exceptional precision and patience with detailed crystal or beadwork
- High standards and pride in a luxury, hand-finished result
- A valid UAE freelance permit (so you can invoice directly), or eligibility for a part-time work permit

Preferred

- Experience with dancewear, skatewear, pageant or competition costuming
- Your own sewing and overlocking equipment
- A portfolio of stretch-fabric or rhinestone work
