Role Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated SEO Manager to lead and optimize our search engine marketing efforts. This role requires expertise in crafting and executing SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility, drive website traffic, and improve conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and analytics, coupled with leadership skills to manage a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage, delegate, and monitor all SEO projects to the SEO team member in their daily duties
- Improve organic traffic
- Develop SEO strategy for the company and clients
- Do keyword research & planning
- Define & measure metrics and KPIs that matter
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the client company's website and marketing materials
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
- Monitor daily site performance metrics to measure SEO strategy performance
- Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
- Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
- Create weekly and monthly SEO report analysis
- Keep updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to stay within search engine guidelines
- Compile and present SEO guidelines
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- At least 10+ years of working experience in SEO, and team management
- Prior experience in content marketing, content growth, and technical SEO
- Working knowledge of search engine optimization best practices
- Experience in Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, and other SEO software is a must
- Understanding of analytics software such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools
- Understanding of: search engine algorithms and ranking methods, keyword research, performance marketing, conversion, website usability, online customer acquisition
- Experience with website optimization tools
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
- Project management and presentation skills are required
- Ability to think creatively, and strategically, and identify and resolve problems
- Ability to work within a team and independently; organized and detail-oriented
- Personable and patient to work with both clients and team members
- Having experience working in a Digital Marketing agency with a B2B environment
Job Type: Part-time
