As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Short Video Editor who specializes in fast-paced, high-energy edits, particularly in the style of Alex Hormozi and Ali Abdaal. This is a freelance role where you will be paid per video, offering flexibility and the chance to work on exciting projects.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Short Video Editor with a passion for producing attention-grabbing, short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate excels at fast-paced editing with dynamic transitions and is familiar with the energetic, results-driven editing styles of Alex Hormozi and Ali Abdaal. This freelance position offers you the freedom to work remotely and earn per video, with the potential for ongoing projects as our business grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Short-Form Video Editing: Edit and deliver high-energy, attention-grabbing videos optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Pacing & Structure: Master fast-paced editing techniques such as jump cuts, text animations, and dynamic transitions to captivate the audience within the first few seconds.
• Creative Execution: Transform raw footage into impactful videos that tell a story, engage viewers, and encourage action.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work with the creative team to align video content with client goals and brand identity, ensuring top-quality results every time.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for high-speed, short-form video edits.
• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects for text animations, dynamic transitions, and motion graphics.
• In-depth knowledge of what works for short-form video content, particularly on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• A keen eye for storytelling through video, with an emphasis on pacing, hooks, and audience retention.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring each video meets our quality standards.
• Ability to meet deadlines and quickly adapt to feedback.
• Fluency in English with clear communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A portfolio showcasing your experience with short-form video editing, particularly in fast-paced, high-energy styles.
• Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and compositing for short-form content.
• Understanding of branding principles and how they apply to video marketing.
