Team Thirteen is seeking a creative and motivated freelance Social Media Content Creator to support our marketing and communications efforts. This role is a freelance position and is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content that highlights our work, services and community. Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting across platforms. Must be able to bring new ideas and stay on top of social trends.
• Capture candid, high-quality photos that highlight our team, work or behind-the-scenes (BTS) content
• Create short-form video content for social media that fulfills our marketing strategy and content schedule.
• Edit photos and videos for polish and consistency with brand style.
• Work closely with the company to align content with ongoing campaigns and organizational goals.
• Attend shoots as assigned to capture BTS content.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in social media content creation, photography, and video editing.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute a content calendar.
• Strong eye for detail and creativity in storytelling.
• Familiarity with Adobe editing tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
