Who You'll Be Working With

Jose Martinez is the owner and visionary behind ProDeck. He's not your typical contractor. He's a entrepreneur with a business mind, big ideas, and real advice worth sharing. He's built ProDeck from the ground up and has a story people need to hear. A huge part of this role is helping Jose show up as an industry leader, a business builder, and a voice worth following.

This is your chance to be the creative behind a personal brand that's just getting started. Your name on the content. Your vision helping shape his.

What You'll Be Creating

Jose's Personal Brand Film, edit, and produce content that positions Jose as a visionary and leader. Talking head videos, business advice clips, behind the scenes of how he runs a growing company, and podcast-style long form conversations that get repurposed into Reels, quotes, and short clips across platforms.

On-Site Construction Content Show up to active job sites in the Knoxville area and capture the builds, the crew, and the craftsmanship that sets ProDeck apart. Before and afters, time lapses, detail shots — the content that makes people stop scrolling.

Team & Culture Content The ProDeck crew has personality. Capture the fun, the hustle, and the humans behind the builds. This is the content that builds a following.

Monthly Content Calendar-You own the calendar. Plan, schedule, and post 3-4 times per week on Instagram and Facebook. Bring trending ideas to the table. Keep the brand consistent and growing.

Podcast & Long Form Video Help produce sit down podcast-style conversations with Jose — his mindset, his business journey, his advice. These become the engine that fuels everything else.
