Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and engagement
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals
  • Posting daily on client accounts across mutilple platforms.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community relationships
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Web analytics platforms; generate reports to inform future campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, PR specialists, and e-commerce managers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
  • Oversee the scheduling of content using applications like Hootsuite or Buffer; ensure consistent posting schedules that optimize audience engagement
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes; optimize content for search engines to increase organic traffic
  • Stay current with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices to keep strategies innovative and more!

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
  • Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools including Hootsuite and Buffer (applications) for scheduling and analytics
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and video editing software for multimedia content production
  • Familiarity with social listening tools to track brand mentions and industry conversations effectively
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and relationship management,
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in all written communications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment
