Role Overview

We are looking for a Freelance Social Media Manager (Russian Speaker) based in Dubai with minimum 2 years of UAE experience to manage and grow social media accounts for multiple brands. This role requires strong content coordination, client communication, reporting, and influencer collaboration skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn (and others as required)
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand strategy
• Publish posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos
• Monitor engagement, comments, DMs, and community interactions

Content & Coordination

• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and editors to deliver content on time
• Review content for quality, accuracy, and brand tone before publishing
• Adapt and localize content for Russian-speaking audiences while aligning with UAE market standards

Client Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Collect feedback, manage revisions, and ensure client satisfaction
• Communicate clearly with brands regarding timelines, deliverables, and expectations

Influencer & Brand Collaboration

• Coordinate influencer collaborations and content posting schedules
• Assist in managing influencer deliverables, timelines, and content approvals
• Support brand–influencer communication and reporting

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly and monthly social media reports (reach, engagement, growth, content performance)
• Present insights and recommendations to clients in a clear, professional format
• Maintain documentation related to services, deliverables, and campaign performance

RequirementsMandatory

• Russian language – fluent (spoken and written)
• Minimum 2 years of social media management experience in the UAE
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong understanding of the Dubai / UAE social media landscape

Professional Skills

• Ability to create content calendars, reports, and presentations
• Strong copywriting skills in Russian and English
• Experience working with influencers and brand collaborations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Confident client communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms
