Role Overview

The Freelance Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical, and impactful training programs to professionals across various industries.

The trainer must be capable of facilitating adult learning, creating strong engagement, and ensuring participants gain practical skills that can be applied immediately in their roles.

This role requires professionalism, credibility, strong facilitation capability, and the ability to connect with professionals at different organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality soft skills training sessions (online and in-person)
• Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences
• Deliver training aligned with program objectives and organizational needs
• Adapt training approach based on audience level and industry
• Create a professional and positive learning environment
• Use real-life examples, exercises, and discussions to enhance learning
• Encourage participation and engagement
• Provide feedback and guidance to participants
• Maintain professional delivery standards
• Represent Creation International professionally with clients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering soft skills training
• Proven experience training professionals and corporate teams
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Professional presence and credibility
• Ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions
• Experience delivering online training

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with corporate clients
• Experience training managers and leaders
• Degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Education, or related field
• Coaching certification or training certification (preferred)
• UAE or GCC training experience (preferred)
