Freelance Supervisor – Facility Management (Event Project)

We are looking for a Freelance Facility Management Supervisor to oversee operations and manpower during an upcoming event in the UAE. The ideal candidate will coordinate on-site facility services, ensure smooth daily operations, and manage the team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized event environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise facility and support staff during event operations.
• Coordinate daily cleaning, maintenance, and logistics activities.
• Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Manage schedules and task distribution among team members.
• Report issues or requirements to the project manager promptly.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations.
• Act as the main on-site contact for facility-related matters.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facility management supervision or event operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and tasks under pressure.
• Good knowledge of safety procedures and operational standards.
• Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and event timings.
• UAE experience preferred.
