About The Role

We are expanding our recruitment network and looking for freelance recruiters to focus on hiring Live Studio Presenters and On-Camera Talent for global projects.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, working with high-demand roles and continuous hiring needs — all with full flexibility and autonomy.

What You'll Do

• Source and attract candidates for live studio and presenter roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and quality delivery

• Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment (high-volume preferred)
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and candidate management skills
