Shout Out LLC is a Knoxville-based marketing agency helping local businesses grow through smart, creative, and authentic storytelling. We manage digital strategy, content creation, and community engagement for brands across East Tennessee—from home-improvement services and healthcare providers to lifestyle brands and schools.

We’re looking for a freelance TikTok content creator to help produce short-form, engaging videos that capture the personality and value of our local clients.

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form TikTok videos (filming, editing, captioning, and trend adaptation) for a variety of Knoxville-area clients.
• Develop creative concepts that align with each client’s brand identity and marketing goals.
• Stay on top of trending sounds, effects, and TikTok formats, adapting them to fit local business stories.
• Coordinate with the Shout Out LLC marketing team on strategy, posting cadence, and performance goals.
• Occasionally visit client locations (around Knoxville) to capture on-site video footage.
• Present fresh ideas for seasonal or community-driven content.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience creating TikTok or Reels content with strong engagement results (portfolio or sample links required).
• Excellent video-editing skills using mobile or desktop tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, etc.).
• Understanding of TikTok analytics, algorithm trends, and storytelling best practices.
• Reliable self-starter who can manage deadlines, communicate clearly, and deliver consistently.
• Familiarity with East Tennessee culture and businesses is a plus.
• Bonus points for photography, copywriting, or multi-platform social media experience.

Compensation & Logistics

• Freelance contract (paid per video, project, or retainer—depending on scope).
• Flexible hours with light local travel for filming as needed.
• Ongoing partnership potential with growing client roster.
