Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Upwork Bidder / IT Business Development Specialist to help us secure IT projects from Upwork and other freelance platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have a proven track record of winning projects and want to earn attractive commissions based on their performance.
Compensation:
Purely Commission-Based (Unlimited Earning Potential)
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify relevant IT project opportunities on Upwork and other freelance marketplaces.
* Prepare and submit high-quality, customized proposals.
* Engage with prospective clients and respond to project inquiries.
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with our technical team.
* Negotiate project scope, timelines, and commercial terms.
* Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential opportunities.
* Build long-term client relationships and support project acquisition efforts.
* Meet monthly project acquisition targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in Upwork bidding and freelance project acquisition.(preferred)
* Strong understanding of IT services and technology solutions.
* Excellent proposal writing and communication skills.
* Experience handling client discussions and negotiations.
* Ability to identify high-potential opportunities and convert leads into projects.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
* Familiarity with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr Pro, PeoplePerHour, Guru, or similar marketplaces is preferred.
