Freelance Vehicle Wrap & Graphic Designer (Remote)

Fleet Graphix is a division of OTC Fleet Services, specializing in custom vehicle graphics, wraps, and fleet branding. We’re growing quickly and are looking to add talented freelance designers to our remote team. If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in vehicle wrap design, we’d love to hear from you. Position Overview:
We’re looking for freelance graphic designers with hands-on experience in vehicle wrap design and paneling. This role is remote and project-based. You’ll work closely with our in-house team to create original designs, mock up vehicles, prep files for production, and ensure paneling is set up for accurate installation. We often also need signage, business cards, and other supporting graphic materials, so flexibility with design projects is a plus. Key Responsibilities:

• Create custom vehicle wrap designs in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Mock up wraps and graphics on vehicle templates
• Prepare print-ready files, including paneling, cut lines, and proper scaling
• Ensure all files are accurate and production-ready
• Occasionally design supporting items (signage, business cards, etc.)
• Communicate with our team to review and refine designs
• Deliver high-quality work on time and within project scope

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in vehicle wrap design and paneling (must-have)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to set up files correctly for large-format printing
• Understanding of paneling and installation considerations
• Strong attention to detail and file accuracy
• Good communication and reliability for remote freelance work
• Experience in signage or branding materials is a plus

Compensation & Structure:

• Freelance / remote position (not full-time or part-time employee)
• Hourly pay, invoiced biweekly
• Pay rate negotiable based on experience and project scope
• Ongoing work available — we plan to bring on multiple freelancers
