Freelance Video Editor

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor with expertise in 2D animation and motion graphics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and proficiency in video editing, animation, and motion graphics software. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded footage, creating engaging animations and motion graphics, and producing finished projects that align with the brand's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising.
• Create 2D animations and motion graphics to enhance video content.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project scope and objectives.
• Review shooting scripts and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
• Create rough and final cuts.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
• Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing, animation, and motion graphics technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.

Job Types: Part-time, Commission

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,629.88 per month
