Job Title: Video Editor & Content Creator (Reels + YouTube)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Content Creator who can shoot and edit high-quality content for social media and YouTube. The ideal candidate should be confident behind the camera and equally strong in post-production.

Camera and equipment will be provided — we need someone who knows how to use them effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos for:
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube videos
• Promotional and branding content
• Plan and execute video shoots (framing, lighting, angles, audio setup)
• Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and effects
• Optimize content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Maintain brand consistency in visuals and storytelling
• Manage raw footage, backups, and content library
• Deliver videos within deadlines

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of video shooting techniques
• Proficiency in editing software such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• CapCut (for reels)
• Understanding of lighting and audio setup
• Basic knowledge of color grading
• Creative storytelling skills
• Knowledge of YouTube and Instagram algorithms (added advantage)
