Freelance Video Editor for FB Content

We’re looking for a beginner video editor to edit short, engaging videos for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. This role is ideal for someone early in their editing journey who wants hands-on experience with real content and clear direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit short videos (15–60 seconds) using provided raw footage

Add basic cuts, captions, emojis, music, and simple transitions

Format videos correctly for different social media platforms

Follow content guidelines, brand style, and turnaround deadlines

Make simple revisions based on feedback

Requirements:

Basic experience using video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)

Understanding of social media video formats (vertical, fast-paced, attention-grabbing)

Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

Good eye for timing, text placement, and basic storytelling

No formal experience required—portfolio or sample edits preferred

Nice to Have:

Experience editing TikTok or Reels

Familiarity with trending styles, captions, and sound timing

Interest in content creation or social media growth
