Freelance Videographer & Editor

Responsibilities:

• Edit videos: Create seamless transitions and engaging content tailored for reels, YouTube, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our creative team to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets our clients' needs and specifications.
• Review footage: Assess raw footage and scripts to create a shot decision list, ensuring the significance of scenes and maintaining overall continuity.
• Trim and enhance: Trim video segments, incorporate music, dialogue, graphics, and special effects, and create both rough and final cuts with logical sequencing and smooth flow.
• Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in video editing to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our content.
• Stakeholder management: Work closely with stakeholders throughout the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos.

Requirements:

• Proven experience: Demonstrable experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in creating reels, YouTube videos, and social media content.
• Technical proficiency: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Editing skills: Excellent understanding of editing techniques, including color grading, sound mixing, and visual effects.
• Communication skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with our creative team and clients.
• Attention to detail: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passion for creativity: A passion for storytelling and creativity, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
