Freelance Videographer & Photographer

Job Summary

We’re looking for talented and experienced freelance photographers / videographers to join our Brooklyn team.

vistaBee is a market leader in real estate visual content, creating high-quality photography, videography, floor plans and 3D (360) tours for estate agents in the UK and USA. Our mission is to make property marketing better for everyone by empowering photographers with tools, support and steady work while giving Real estate agents reliable, beautiful content.

This role offers support through onboarding and mentoring while letting you focus on creativity. We take care of the editing, logistics, billing, customer service, and marketing so that you can spend more time doing what you love - capturing best-in-class images whilst getting rewarded and remunerated as you progress up our photographer tiers.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality property photography, video, and 360 (3D) tours
• Deliver shoots that meet vistaBee’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across our global network
• Work independently while staying connected to our production team for support
• Upload your work reliably and on time - we’ll handle editing and delivery
• Represent vistaBee’s mission to deliver excellence with professionalism and speed
• Be the friendly, professional face of vistaBee

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Your own kit: DSLR or mirrorless camera, wide-angle lens (15mm/16mm), gimbal and mobile phone gimbal (if it’s your thing) a drone
• Transport to get to and from shoots (a clean US driving licence)
• Experience in real estate photography is preferred, but not essential (training will be provided!)
• A “can-do” attitude with strong professional skills and an eye for detail
• Reliability in simple file handling and uploads

Our Process

• Apply with your CV and portfolio in the link.
• Practical Test After the call you will be set a practical test to take 20 photos of a home and a two-minute property tour video (exterior to interior).
• Introductory Call A 30-minute Google Meet with our Executive Producer to learn more about you and why you want to work with vistaBee. We will run over your skills, location, and working setup.
• Work Review A final online meeting takes place with our Senior Photographer to give feedback on your submitted work and discuss next steps.

Projected Total Compensation: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour
