Freelance Videographer / Photographer

Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented freelance videographer/photographer to help capture high-end residential remodeling projects throughout the Denver area.

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to tell a story through visuals—not just take photos. You’ll be documenting kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and full-home renovations for use across social media, website, ads, and sales materials.

We are a design-build remodeling company focused on delivering a high-quality, seamless client experience—and we want our media to reflect that.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Capture before, during, and after photos of remodeling projects
• Film short-form and long-form video content (Reels, ads, walkthroughs, testimonials)
• Create clean, well-composed shots that highlight craftsmanship and design
• Work with our team (and occasionally homeowners) to stage and shoot spaces
• Edit content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
• Deliver organized, high-quality assets with quick turnaround times

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in real estate, construction, interior design, or home services media (preferred)
• Strong eye for lighting, composition, and storytelling
• Comfortable directing light staging and simple on-site adjustments
• Able to capture both polished “final reveal” content and in-progress footage
• Reliable, professional, and easy to work with on active job sites
• Has own equipment (camera, lenses, stabilization, lighting, drone is a plus)

Project Scope & Schedule:

• Ongoing freelance work (projects scheduled weekly/bi-weekly)
• Shoots typically range from 1–4 hours depending on scope
• Mix of scheduled shoots + occasional short-notice opportunities

Compensation:

• Per project or hourly (based on experience and scope)
• Opportunity for consistent, long-term work with a growing company

Bonus Points If You:

• Can shoot drone footage
• Have experience filming people on camera (client testimonials, team content)
• Understand social media content strategy (hooks, pacing, storytelling)
