We're building a content engine — and we need the right person to help run it. The Discipline Company is a premium men's body transformation and coaching brand. Marengo AI is a performance-based AI automation agency. Both brands are growing fast and need consistent, high-quality short-form video content to match. This is not a one-off gig. This is a retainer role with regular shoot days, a growing B-roll library, and ongoing reel production — for someone who wants to be a long-term creative partner. As the brands scale, there is strong potential to expand into long-form YouTube production for the right person.

You'll film 1–2 shoot days biweekly on location near Lewis Center, OH, capture B-roll footage for an evergreen content library, and film and edit reels and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Deliverables should be fully edited with captions, music, and transitions ready to post. You'll collaborate directly with the founder on creative direction and content strategy.

We're looking for someone based near Lewis Center or Columbus, OH — this is non-negotiable. You need a strong portfolio of short-form content (reels, TikToks, Shorts — not just long-form or wedding video), the ability to both film AND edit, and a real understanding of short-form hooks, pacing, and scroll-stopping content. Experience in fitness, business, or personal brand content is a strong plus. Reliability and clear communication are a must.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and deliverable volume. A paid trial shoot is required before a long-term commitment.
