About the Role

We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer & Product Photographer to create high-quality visual content for our cosmetic and derma product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product shoots, short-form content creation, and professional editing, along with an understanding of digital marketing and performance creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Photography

• Capture high-resolution, aesthetically appealing images of cosmetic and skincare products.
• Execute clean product shots, macro/texture shots, and creative compositions for marketing use.
• Ensure accurate color representation and premium visual standards.

Product Videography

• Shoot engaging product videos including demos, application videos, texture shots, and promotional creatives.
• Create video content optimized for social media, ads, and e-commerce platforms.

Short-form Content Creation

• Develop Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta ad creatives, and behind-the-scenes videos.
• Stay updated with social media trends and create platform-first content.

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit photos and videos with professional quality standards.
• Perform color correction, color grading, retouching, background cleanup, sound editing, and transitions.
• Add basic motion graphics and text overlays where required.

Equipment Requirement

The candidate must own professional equipment, including:

• DSLR or Mirrorless Camera
• Prime & Macro Lenses
• Complete Lighting Setup (Softboxes / Continuous Lights)
• Gimbal or Stabilizer
• External Microphones

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in photography and videography.
• Prior experience with beauty, skincare, cosmetic, or product brands preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product photography and short-form video work.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Meta Ads, e-commerce creatives, and performance marketing standards is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, storytelling, and brand aesthetics.
