Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Freelance Videographer/Editor to bring creative visions to life through compelling visual storytelling. This dynamic role involves capturing high-quality footage, editing videos with precision, and producing engaging content across various platforms. As a freelance contributor, you will have the flexibility to work on diverse projects, from promotional videos and social media content to event coverage and branded campaigns. Your expertise in both videography and editing will be crucial in delivering polished, professional results that captivate audiences and elevate brand presence.

Duties

• Film and record high-quality video footage using professional cameras and equipment, ensuring optimal lighting, framing, and audio quality.
• Edit raw footage into cohesive, engaging videos utilizing industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid.
• Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and color correction using tools like Adobe After Effects and DaVinci Resolve to enhance video quality.
• Manage post-production workflows including sound editing, color grading, and video stabilization to produce polished final products.
• Collaborate with clients or creative teams to understand project goals, storyboards, and style guidelines for content creation.
• Organize and maintain digital assets using content management systems and file transfer protocols (FTP) for efficient workflow management.
• Create compelling photo content through editing and manipulation using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, or Adobe Bridge to support multimedia campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Final Cut Pro and Avid is a plus.
• Skilled in photo editing, photo manipulation, motion graphics, 2D/3D animation (Cinema 4D or Maya), and basic graphic design principles.
• Knowledge of photography techniques and filming best practices for capturing high-quality visuals on location or in studio settings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with content creation tools such as typography software and content management systems for seamless publishing.
• Strong understanding of post-production processes including color grading, sound editing, and visual effects integration.
• Excellent communication skills to interpret client needs clearly and deliver exceptional results.
