Freelance Web & Graphic Designer

Overview
We are looking for a Web Designer first — someone who lives in Figma and understands how to design modern, high-performing websites with clean structure, strong UX thinking, and sharp visual execution.

This is a remote freelance role with ongoing project opportunities. You’ll work directly with creative leadership on website design and supporting brand/digital assets.

If your strength is primarily social graphics and not web — this is not the role.

Duties

• Web Design (Primary Focus)
• Design full websites and landing pages in Figma

Supporting Design Work (Secondary)

Digital Design

• Display banners
• Social media creative
• Email design
• Paid ad creative (Google, Meta, programmatic)

Brand & Identity

• Logo design and brand systems
• Visual identity exploration
• Brand guideline development

Sales & Marketing Materials

• Pitch decks and presentations
• Case studies and marketing collateral

Print (as needed)

• Postcards, brochures, signage, event materials
• Create wireframes, UI systems, and scalable page layouts
• Apply strong grid systems, spacing, and responsive thinking
• Translate brand identity into clean, modern web experiences
• Collaborate with developers by delivering organized, dev-ready files

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
• Strong web design portfolio (must include live or full UI examples)
• Deep understanding of layout, hierarchy, and UX/UI principles
• Strong typography and spacing discipline
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience designing responsive websites
• Ability to think in systems, not just pages

Bonus (Not Required, But Valuable)

• WordPress development experience
• Animation / motion design
• HTML5 banner production
• Basic front-end understanding (helpful for dev handoff)

Pay: $40.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 40.0 per week
