Freelancer Bidder / Upwork Bidder

We are looking for a Freelancer Bidder / Upwork Bidder who can generate leads by bidding on freelance platforms for web development and graphic design projects.

This role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1 year of bidding experience who understands client requirements and knows how to write strong proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid on projects on Freelancer/Upwork.
• Write and submit proposals according to client needs
• Communicate with clients and follow up on bids
• Coordinate with internal web and design teams
• Maintain records of bids, leads, and conversions
• Achieve monthly lead and sales targets

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year experience in bidding on Freelancer or Upwork
• Basic understanding of:
• WordPress
• Shopify
• Graphic Design services
• Good English communication and proposal writing skills
• Ability to work independently
• Target-oriented mindset

Compensation

• Fixed salary + performance-based commission
• Commission paid on closed deals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
