Job Description:

We are hiring Freelance HR Recruiters to support large-scale hiring for multiple positions in Noida and Gurgaon. This is a remote role with flexible working hours, ideal for freshers, experienced recruiters, and individuals looking for freelance income.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for bulk hiring requirements
• Screen and share daily candidate profiles
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Ensure candidate joining and retention completion

Candidate Sourcing Criteria:

• Experience Level: Fresher to 1–2 years
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass
• Locations to hire for: Noida & Gurgaon
• Candidates can be freshers or experienced professionals

Payout & Benefits:

• ₹2000 per successful joining
• Payout released after candidate completes 60 days
