Freelancer Russian speaker sales agent

English Way Language Training is looking for a Russian-speaking Sales Agent to manage student enrollments and agent partnerships in Russian-speaking countries. This is a remote role focused on student communication, agent coordination, and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with students via WhatsApp and phone calls

Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and student counseling

Build and manage relationships with education agents in Russian-speaking countries

Develop and maintain partnerships with agents

Coordinate and manage student enrollments and transactions

Support students throughout the admission and payment process

Achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets

Requirements

Fluent Russian (spoken and written) – mandatory

Basic English communication skills

Experience in sales, education consulting, or marketing preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience handling international students is an advantage
