Freight Account Management Senior Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated support to assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests.
• Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to assess client transportation requirements and preferences.
• Work with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
• Assist in resolving client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
• Support the identification of opportunities to expand existing client accounts, such as offering additional services or solutions.
• Assist in revenue maximization efforts
• Assist in providing clients with regular updates, reports, and insights related to their transportation services.
• Gather client feedback and insights to enhance service quality and address areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or finance.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
