Duties

Collect paperwork from drivers or dispathers complete freight billing., Logistics Accountant, Freight Payment Analyst

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
• Knowage about related to logistics, shipping, receiving, and fleet management.
• Knowledge about HOS or ELD be plus.
• Manage data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with dispatching teams and drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and the ability to analyze information for effective decision-making.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Experience using software tools related to logistics or customer service is advantageous.
