Freight Broker – Experienced Candidates Encouraged to Apply

We are looking for a Freight Broker with at least 1 year of experience in freight brokerage to join our growing team. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to coordinate shipments, build carrier relationships, and ensure smooth transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and shippers.
• Negotiate competitive rates and secure freight contracts.
• Coordinate shipments and monitor deliveries for on-time performance.
• Proactively address and resolve any shipping delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in freight brokerage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices.
