**Team Leader – Freight Brokerage (Sales)

-Minimum 3 years of experience in U.S. freight brokerage or logistics sales.

-Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales reps to hit monthly and quarterly targets.

-Provide training, strategy, and real-time coaching to sharpen your team’s sales edge.

-Must be a natural leader with strong communication and negotiation skills.

** Sales Executive – OTR & Drayage Division

-Minimum 1 year experience in U.S. freight market (OTR / Drayage).

-Strong understanding of lanes, pricing, and client management.

-A sharp communicator, confident negotiator, and consistent closer.

-Someone who thrives on targets, competition, and wins — every single day.

** Telecaller / Backend Operations

-Prospect, pitch, and support the sales team in closing new business opportunities.

-Excellent verbal communication and coordination skills are a must.

-Perfect role for someone who’s energetic, organized, and quick on their feet.

** Human Resources (HR Executive)

-Graduate with HR background or relevant experience.

-Someone who doesn’t wait for instructions but knows how to hire, build, and empower teams.

-Skilled in recruitment, onboarding, and fostering a winning work culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
